India 'offers exciting investment opportunities'
While many consumers may be looking to Europe or even closer to home as an investment location, there are opportunities further afield as well, it is claimed.
According to personal finance commentator Homesgofast, the likes of the Indian property market offer low prices and a level of excitement unavailable within UK shores.
There is also significant opportunity for capital growth in the sub-continent, meaning that the help with money achievable through such an investment need not be small fry.
Nicholas Marr, chief executive officer of Homesgofast, said: "The current home market is … pretty stagnant. People are merely moving along - it's not very exciting, and that's what investors are looking for. India offers that; it's new, exciting, low price, and has great potential for capital growth."
In related finance news, a recent report from Goldman Sachs predicted that India could well surpass Britain to become the world's fifth largest economy within 15 years.
