Kids go free with Tesco insurance offer
Families with children under 18 who are looking to take out health insurance can benefit from a new offer from Tesco.
For a limited time only, the company is offering free cover for children in the first year of the policy for customers who buy the product.
The offer is open to all families, irrespective of how they are made up.
For the core cover option, a family of four living in Edinburgh, with two children would pay a premium £47.04, compared with a payment of £79.02.
Jeremy Sutton, head of Tesco Health Insurance, said: "Most parents would assume that it would be much too expensive to cover the whole family for health care.
"This offer helps our customers through tougher times, giving parents the peace of mind they are getting the best cover for their family at a great price."
Tesco's also offers a host of other cover including life insurance and car insurance.
