M&G Investments named fund manager of the year
M&G Investments has scooped the top prize for the second year in a row at a gala night for the fund industry.
The firm picked up the award for Fund Manager of the Year at the ceremony which has hosted by SimplyBiz's Annual Partnership Awards.
Matthew Timmins, marketing director of SimplyBiz, said: "The winners of each of the awards are judged on a combination of research and feedback from SimplyBiz members coupled with our own practical experience of dealing with individual product providers.
Receiving the award, Graeme Abell, M&G Director of Nationals & Networks, said the prize recognises the firms's emergence "as the leading fund management business for 2007".
He added: "In winning this prestigious award it is recognition by the IFA community of our consistent long term performance across the key asset classes of equities, fixed income and property."
