Borrowers could go mortgage-free with Nationwide
Nationwide is offering ten borrowers the chance to have their mortgage paid for a year through a lucky prize draw.
The offer applies to borrowers who come in to a Nationwide branch between July 28th and September 30th, with winners effectively becoming mortgage-free for a year.
Matthew Carter, director of mortgages at the lender, said: "In this current climate it's great to be in a position to launch this prize draw.
"We have also recently reduced rates on our most popular fixed rate mortgages and some tracker deals which should provide a real confidence boost to those coming to the end of their current mortgage."
He added: "If customers get a mortgage interview before the end of September, they stand a chance of being "mortgage free" for a year - an added incentive to find a new deal before their current one runs out."
Under the terms of the offer, only mortgage payments of up to £10,000 will be paid with the draw set to be made on October 10th.
