South-west 'offers diverse property choices'
The south-west of England offer potential property investors a diverse range of options to choose from, it has been claimed.
Many British consumers aim to make property investment part of their personal finance planning and Rob McCabe from Southwest Property Network is convinced that the region has a great deal to offer potential property buyers.
Furthermore, Mr McCabe has suggested that buying a property in the south-west of England can be viewed not only as a personal finance decision but also as a way to buy into a different way of life.
Describing some of the people who might move to the south-west, Mr McCabe commented: "A nice young family, maybe with two kids, who say 'blow this for a lark', we're sick of London, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool."
He stated that those heading to the area were often in search of a higher quality of life.
The British Bankers' Association recently reported that consumer and mortgage borrowing levels weakened during December, which has been attributed in part to the increasing issues surrounding trouble with debt in the UK.
