Liverpool 'remains a good place to invest'
Consumers looking to gain valuable help with money through buy-to-let investments might like to consider Liverpool as a location for rented homes, it has been suggested.
Property agent Sutton Kersh states that the city has remained "firmly on the map" following a significant influx of investment in 2003.
The city is currently enjoying the title of European city of culture, potentially furthering its investment potential.
Philip Lawton, director of Sutton Kersh, said: "Liverpool remains a great place to invest and recently appeared in a Daily Mail article as one of the top ten cities that will defy the house price gloom in 2008."
He described the buy-to-let market in the city as "healthy" and said that the demand for quality homes "continues to grow".
The money news complements data from visitliverpool.com, which indicates that the city has more Grade-II listed buildings than any other city outside of London, while it boasts more Georgian architecture than Bath..
