Halifax targets switchers with new credit card
Halifax has announced the launch of a new card offering attractive terms for balance transfers.
Available from today, the All-in-One-Card offers switchers zero per cent interest for ten months - potentially enabling them to reduce their debt.
The card also entitles users to make purchases and pay no interest until the ten-month period is up.
Halifax claims this makes it the "one of the strongest combined offers available" and notes that "few providers offer a card with the same zero per cent introductory offer on both balance transfers and purchases".
Ken Stannard, head of Halifax Card Services, said: "Whether you want to reduce the cost of your spending, reduce the cost of outstanding debt through a balance transfer, or both, with its zero per cent for 10 months introductory offer the Halifax All-in-One Card is ideal."
After the ten month term is finished, interest is charged at 15.9 per cent.
