Alliance & Leicester launches new fixed-rate mortgages
Alliance & Leicester has launched a new range of residential and buy to let mortgage products.
Available from today, among the new deals is a two-year fixed rate loan at 5.84 per cent until June 2010.
Buyers opting for the loan are able to borrow up to 90 per cent of the value of the property to be purchased with other features including a ten per cent overpayment facility.
Also now on offer is a buy to let deal with a fixed rate of 5.54 per until June 2010, with customers permitted to borrow up to 85 per cent of the property value.
Arrangement fees for the products are £999 for the residential deal and 2.5 per cent of the value of the home for the buy to let loan.
Richard Taylor, head of mortgages at Alliance & Leicester said: "This new range of mortgage products continue to present a good choice of residential and buy to let products with customers being offered a choice of rates, product fees and the term they would like their mortgage to run."
